Store changes due to Coronavirus
Changes to stores
Our priority is ensuring we can safely supply the vital medications our customers need, and social distancing is now something we need to introduce into our pharmacies to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
Customers will need to stand two metres apart in-store and whilst queuing. This measure is for the safety of you and your colleagues.
To help protect you and our colleagues we are encouraging contactless payment in-store. Please use this payment option when you can.
To ensure that everyone in our pharmacies feel safe and protected from COVID-19, we ask that our customers and patients follow the new mandatory government advice that face coverings are compulsory in shops and supermarkets from Friday 24th July in England. This is already a requirement in Scotland.
We'd like to thank all our customers for their patience during this very busy and difficult time. We are continuously reviewing the way we serve our customers as Government advice is updated. Our priority is ensuring we can safely continue to supply the vital medications our customers need, and social distancing is now something we need to introduce into our pharmacies to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Store opening times
Our stores are now operating their normal opening hours. Please check with your local pharmacy for updates and changes.
We've reviewed the number of pharmacies that are open over the weekend, and in order to help us better control the demand for prescriptions we've taken the decision to close a few select stores from 28th March 2020 on Saturday and Sunday until further notice. Click here to view stores.
