Sun care top tips

  • Our recommendation for children is always high protection, ideally SPF50 but never below SPF30
  • If you have any concerns about moles or freckles report these to your GP
  • If you have a history of sun damage or skin cancer you should always wear the highest sun protection factor

Children's skin

Children's skin is more delicate and sensitive to UV damage, so try to prevent sunburn. We recommend SPF 50+ and never below SPF30.
