With greater social distancing in place, many of us are staying at home far more than we are used to and not being able to see family and friends, beyond those we live with.This can have an affect on our mental wellbeing.
That’s why we’ve partnered with Cat Meffan, to show how meditation and mindfulness can help us all get through difficult times.
Cat is a global yoga teacher, YouTuber and blogger. She openly talks about her struggles with mental health, the highs, lows and everything in between. Cat’s mission is to enjoy a very happy and healthy life doing the things she loves, whilst trying to help others make positive changes in their lives.
