    • How to use

      1. For the best results, it is recommended you apply My Perfect facial 3 times within the first week, twice in the second week, and then once a week thereafter.
      2. Using the spoons and bowl provided, mix together a large spoonful of Activator Gel and a medium spoonful of Elevating Powder together to make a thin paste.
      3. Ensure your skin is thoroughly cleansed and dry before applying.
      4. Using the application brush provided, apply the mixture to your face and neck in upward and outward strokes.
      5. The facial mask will dry after roughly 8 minutes. There will be a 'tightening' sensation as the toning process begins, this is normal. Try and keep all facial movements to a minimum whilst the mask is drying, to get the best results.
      6. After 20 minutes, wet the cloth provided with warm water and gently wipe away to remove.
      7. To complete the treatment, apply a small spoonful Collagen Soak over your face and neck in upward and outward motions.

      Pharmacy Medicines delivery

      Pharmacy Medicines will need to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over. If there isn't anyone in who can sign for your order, you can change your delivery date or redirect it to a local parcel shop using the courier's website or app.

      Unfortunately, your order can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. The courier will try to deliver three times before they return it to us.

      Purchasing in bulk/high unit volume

      Please note that when purchasing high unit volumes of single lines (10+ units) that delivery promotions are null and void.
      This is as a result of high volume orders not being able to be dispatched via our normal third party fulfilment.
      As a result for any excessive bulk orders of single lines we will be in touch regarding your order to discuss further delivery costs that will be incurred.
