O.R.S hydration tablets come in a delicious blackcurrant flavour. Simply drop a tablet into a glass or bottle of water and enjoy. With these handy tablets you'll find dehydration symptoms (such as headache and dry mouth) quickly disappear, allowing you to continue your activity safely and without a worry.

Warnings and cautions
- Taking more than the recommended amount may be harmful
- Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours (the limit for children is 10)
- Supplements should not replace a well balanced diet
- Do not store prepared solution for more than 8 hours outside of a fridge (if refrigerated, solution can be stored for up to 24 hours)
How to use
- Add 2 tablets to 200ml drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required).
Adults and children aged 6:
- Drink 200ml of solution each time the body's fluid level needs to be maintained.
Children aged under 6 years:
- Drink 10ml of solution per kg of body weight each time the body's fluid level needs to be maintained.

Pharmacy Medicines delivery
Pharmacy Medicines will need to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over. If there isn't anyone in who can sign for your order, you can change your delivery date or redirect it to a local parcel shop using the courier's website or app.
Unfortunately, your order can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. The courier will try to deliver three times before they return it to us.
Purchasing in bulk/high unit volume
Please note that when purchasing high unit volumes of single lines (10+ units) that delivery promotions are null and void.
This is as a result of high volume orders not being able to be dispatched via our normal third party fulfilment.
As a result for any excessive bulk orders of single lines we will be in touch regarding your order to discuss further delivery costs that will be incurred.Returns
