Soothing effective relief for sore throats and coughs.

Strepsils sore throat and cough lozenges contain two antiseptic ingredients (2, 4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol and amylmetacresol) for use in throat medications. These are used for the symptomatic relief of mouth and throat infections and dry, irritating coughs associated with the common cold and nasal congestion. The levomenthol ingredient has mild local anesthetic action on the throat and also relieves the symptoms of nasal congestion.

  • Not suitable for children under 6 years old
  • Remember young children can choke on lozenges
    
  • If you are allergic to any of the ingredients do not use this product
    
  • If you are pregnant, or if you have been told by your doctor that you have intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this product. May cause allergic reactions including asthma. This is more common if you are allergic to aspirin
  • Do not store above 25 degrees
  • Consult your doctor or pharmacist if:
  • you take too many lozenges
  • anything unusual happens
  • If symptoms persist consult your doctor
  • Do not use after the expiry date

• How to use

  1. Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours.
  2. No more than 12 lozenges per day.
  3. Do not exceed the stated dose.
  4. For oral administration only.

• Ingredients

  Each Lozenge contains 1.2mg of 2,4-Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol, 0.6mg of Amylmetacresol & 8.0mg of Levomenthol. Also contains Sucrose and Glucose. See insert leaflet for further information.

  Pharmacy Medicines delivery

  Pharmacy Medicines will need to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over. If there isn't anyone in who can sign for your order, you can change your delivery date or redirect it to a local parcel shop using the courier's website or app.

  Unfortunately, your order can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. The courier will try to deliver three times before they return it to us.

  Purchasing in bulk/high unit volume

  Please note that when purchasing high unit volumes of single lines (10+ units) that delivery promotions are null and void.
  This is as a result of high volume orders not being able to be dispatched via our normal third party fulfilment.
  As a result for any excessive bulk orders of single lines we will be in touch regarding your order to discuss further delivery costs that will be incurred.
