NHS repeat prescriptions
To save you a trip to the pharmacy, we offer an online NHS repeat prescription delivery service from LloydsDirect by LloydsPharmacy, with free prescription medicine delivery to your chosen UK address.

What is the difference between the NHS repeat prescription service and the Online Doctor service?
LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor is suitable for those who do not already have an NHS or private prescription but may still require treatment. Simple to use, you just need to complete a free online assessment or consultation. Once completed, a clinician will assess your answers and if appropriate will issue a private prescription for treatment. All clinicians are GMC/GPhC registered, and each provides exceptional care to the highest UK medical standards.

What if I need my prescription urgently?
If you require any medication urgently, we recommend that you get your prescription dispensed at your local LloydsPharmacy. This would include medication for palliative care, acute antibiotics or any regular medication which you are due to run out of.
Can I use my NHS exemption card?
Yes, you can use a NHS exemption card or PPC card on NHS prescriptions, whether you’re collecting your prescription in-store or ordering online with our NHS repeat prescription delivery service.
