What forms does hemp oil come in?

How should Celtic Wind Crops products be taken?
The oil is taken sublingually (under the tongue), take 0.7ml (=1 squeeze of the dropper) once per day. One capsule twice a day, or for the powder a 2.5ml scoop once daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
